To celebrate the Estonian Victory Day the British Embassy has managed to offer Estonian a unique show. The Legendary Red Arrows from the British Royal Air Force have demonstrated awesome skills in Pirita! The first time I attend such an event and surely not the last!
A unique show
For those interested the official webpage of the RAF released an interesting illustration on what figures planes did. See it here: link.
I went there with two French buddies. We left hostel under a little rain, looking at the shy which didn’t get better. Grey and dark clouds all around us. I was feeling pessimistic about the photos I could take. We drove to Pirita bay, an amazing amount of people gather there and bus we very slow. We left before the location we targeted. Lucky us, we hardly could get a better spot to watch the performance, right under the main axe!
No rain yet great clouds
Having clouds was actually a good point, the white traces below the planes contrast with the dark clouds resulting in attractive and dynamic pictures!
I wanted more photos with the skyline, unfortunately planes were mostly on the sea or too small to be interesting.
