In memory of the deported Estonians

0

After a long day at work in Kopli I had the surprise to see thousands of candles on Vabaduse Valjak. After we minutes of walking  could understand that it was to commemorate the many Estonian who have been deported to Siberia during the Soviet occupation of the country.

I had my camera with me equipped with my unique fast lens and I could save this event with few photos, facing a very cold and strong wind blowing candles that locals were continuously lighting again each time the wind blown them.
